SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 19 Establishing the                           
Blue Ribbon Commission on Gaming and Gambling and relating to                  
commission recommendations regarding gaming and gambling in the                
state, was enrolled, signed by the President and Secretary, Speaker            
and Chief Clerk and the engrossed and enrolled copies transmitted              
to the Office of the Governor at 3:20 p.m., May 7, 1995.
